Hi, my name is Matt Reed with Camp Eagle in the Texas Hill Country.  I wanted to contact you regarding a ridge walking event that we are hosting this April 18-20.  We have sent information out on the Texas Caver list-serve through a contact that we have that explains are prompting for this event, details, and such.  We have been receiving a great response from grottos around the area but would love to have your involvement.  Everyone coming is really excited to be able to come together with cavers from all over.  

 

I have attached two documents that give some background on the event.  We have set it up so that participants don't have to pay anything once they're here if they like.  We've offered certain lodging and kitchen use for free.  

 

Let me know what you're thinking and if it might be something your grotto is interested in.
