[PBSS] PBSS 8-14-07 Meeting Notes

The PBSS meeting was called to order at 7:07 PM Sharp by President Bill Bentley. 
Barry Hayes Gave a Treasurers report and that we cleared something like $202.00 after the June garage sale and had a total of $651.48.

We discussed and got a NSS Convention report from Jacqui and Kel Thomas. 
Discussed renaming the CR Dig to "Gumbo Cave" if it is OK with the land owner. 
Discussed the upcoming SWR at the Black Range in New Mexico over labor day. 
Set a date of 9-22-07 to be a continuing trip to Bradford Cave to do more surveying, deliver the cave gate.
Discussed the upcoming PBOC Cave Trip in October. Bill Bentley and Tony Greico will be leading that trip.
Discussed the upcoming TCR in October.
Discussed the 11-17-18-2007 trip to McKittrick Hill that Barry is planning. 
Discussed the Dec 15th PBSS Xmas party tentatively to be held at Caverns of Sonora. 

The meeting was adjourned promptly at 7:58 PM...
