[NMCAVER] TSA Spring Convention

Greetings, Cavers.

As you think about coming to the TSA Spring convention, we want to clarify
one of the campground rules.  In the campground dogs are allowed on leash.
If you are renting a cabin they are not allowed in or out of the cabin.  The
park is a city park, and has some specific rules.
