      I was on an earlier flight, before Emily was out.  I don't remember who all was along, but I think Bill Steele was.  I made at least two trips into the cave during the extraction process.  We drove out on one, and got flown on the other.  I think the only reason we got to fly was that they wanted the chopper out at the entrance for something, maybe to bring people back, and we happened to be in the right place at the right time to hitch a ride.  That has been my only helicopter ride to date, but I certainly see the potential for "ridgewalking" and for delivering gear to remote expedition sites.  Too bad they're so damned expensive!
