I really doubt this site has much (or any) impact on legislators. But, 
it doesn't hurt anything to use it. You can't even get a legislator to 
answer your letter if you are not in their district, so these kinds of 
anonymous online polls are largely meaningless.  Heck, the guy doesn't 
even let you see how many votes there are...and there aren't many when 
you see the significant percentage change a single vote makes.
