[Nmcaver] Cave Permits?

Greetings; 
I asked once before and was successful in contacting the Lincoln National Forest Guadalupe District about cave permits and now I am having trouble contacting anyone at this time.
I lost the email address for the person I dealt with in November 2006. I have left email and phone messages for Aaron Stockton and no answer...

Does anyone have email I have for someone who can help me?

I have called this number 505-885-4181 and either the person "Aaron" is out and ...will call me back... when?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
