Dear Friends of the Lincoln National Forest:

You are invited to join us at our upcoming public workshops about the Travel Management Rule (TMR) that is being implemented on all National Forests across the country. Since 1987, the Lincoln NF has a travel policy. We are evaluating our existing travel system and want to hear your ideas about access to camp sites, motorized/non-motorized trail use and roads in the Forest. At the workshops we plan to:

Review the TMR and how it applies to the Lincoln NF.

Review the existing road/trail systems on the Forest,

Document on maps potential changes you may suggest to the road/trail systems,

Identify where you drive for dispersed camping.

For more information about the TMR, please visit: http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/projects/travel-mgt/index.shtml
If you are unable to attend a meeting but want to comment, please visit the Lincoln NF website at:
