David Steinmann, a cave biologist in Colorado, has also been finding
new species of albino millipedes, springtails, spiders and other
arthropods in a number of caves in Colorado. Many caves in the West are
undoubtedly full of these tiny creatures; knowledge of them has to date
been limited more by lack of searching than by rarity of the animals.
