I just hope that all who read the discussion will send a letter to the Parks. Even those that like TAX INCREASES. I really do believe in Democracy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when it is practiced.

  Well, I apologize to you for initially jumping on you like that, ie,
  "...absolutely wrong..." which you weren't.  Probably should have asked
  some opening questions instead.  Nothing like opening oneself up to one
  each Fleming &c.  And several others who also responded to me directly off
  caver.net.  The resulting discussions were good, enlightening and pretty
  thorough I would say.
