[Nmcaver] GUMO fee increase

Please note that the current $3 per person hiking fee at GUMO is good  
for 7 days, so the 3 adults Jim speaks of here would pay $9 for a  
week at CURRENTt charges.  They would pay $30 for 7 days at the new  
proposed fee.  Most people only hike one day for the fee, even though  
it is good for a week.
